   Know your client

   We act only for clients whose identity and source of funds we have verified. We take on only transactions that a regulator can approve.

   Accountable governance

   We do not supply nominee directors. A licensed institution must be run by people who direct it in fact.

   Transparent ownership

   Beneficial ownership is disclosed to the regulator in full, at every stage of a transaction.

   We do not broker or sell bank accounts.

   We set out what a regulator will expect. When a licence is unlikely, we say so at the outset.
